The service I received was excellent and the quality of the goods was also excellent. In my opinion one or two items need some improvement though, they are: 1. The on-line catalogue, Although very informative needs to be revised so that it is easier to use. For instance I wanted to purchase a selection of items for a handrail (The cottage loaf range) but it was a little difficult in that the handrail was located in one section and associated items i.e. up/down ramps etc. in another. there does not appear to be any logic in the layout which causes a lot of time being needed to make up a list of requirements. 2. The registration and payment section is just not user friendly and is confusing. I suggest that it needs revision. Other than that the staff were very helpful when I telephoned for guidance.
