I called out of the blue after receiving a baliff at my door. I dealt with an amazing gentleman called Ethan, who was very understanding, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with every aspect of my debts, including information about what a baliff can and can’t do with regards to entering my home, after the baliff intimidated my children. After spending time talking to Ethan I found myself in a much calmer position and able to discuss my debts which I have not been able to do previously. Ethan was patient, polite and supportive. He then transferred me to a gentleman named Matt who has taken over my case and is now currently working on sorting this for me. If it wasn’t for Ethan’s kind personality I don’t think i would have been able to complete the call but he made the whole process easy. I can not thank him enough for everything that he did and said last night and I will say that he saved my life because I was at my wits end.
