I ordered 2 bags for my children, one arrived faulty.
This was collected and I was advised that I would be receiving a replacement, I have been chasing for my replacement and nothing!
We are going away and I currently have an upset little girl as we haven't received our replacement.
Customer service at itluggage is not great!
