I ordered and received 2 items of luggage very quickly.
One of the suitcases was the wrong colour, I had correspondence with iT to exchange and this hasn't happened.
Wasted a part of a day waiting for a pick up. I've emailed again, but nothing.
Poor customer service.
I've tried but I'm done with it now mismatched luggage it is.
