Loved the luggage, good quality and feels sturdy. Dispatch was quick, the only thing was the courier company Yodel - missed my expected delivery date because driver “couldn’t find the address”, but instead of calling me, they left it for the day and carried on the next working day. I even paid for express shipping! And the box arrived damaged, good thing the luggage was not affected.
