Excellent hotels, wonderful opera and faultless transfers. The Easyjet outbound flight was changed, but not the fault of Italian Shotty Breaks. It actually gave us more time in Verona. There was a hitch with the second hotel, but they resolved it swiftly and we were given a room upgrade.
