Excellent service from Adrian who secured as a cheaper deal than our friends had managed to book for same hotel (and we have upgraded to junior suite for less than we were planning to pay for standard room). Managed to secure deal at 9.30pm and so helpful to be able to speak to a person than just trying to navigate ski company online booking system. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
