I wish I had read all these reviews before I bought my rug for £219. Within months my vibrant coloured rug faded so badly, it now looks dull and lifeless and only fit for the bin. Company doesn’t want to know, they state ‘colourfast’ so they are in the wrong. Also I thought they were based in the UK, another lie.
Don’t buy from this company, you’d be better off buying cheap from Homebase or B & Q
