The products are of very poor quality, don't match the pictures shown on their website and don't worth the price at all. Especially, one of the rugs has defects(see the attached photos, piles are very loose and some piles are missing). It's very light, looks and feels like a blanket, is very wrinkled, it's not usable at all. Their website is really misleading. The products I received are far away from the pictures. The pictures look good, but the products totally different. Also, the website implies it's a local store but it's not. The free delivery on the website implies we don't need to worry about delivery costs. But turned out if we return we need to pay a lot of money for the return.
