I had no issues whatsoever with the company or the rug. It came in 5 days, tracked all the way. Looks exactly like the pictures online. Ridiculously reasonable price too! People complained about creasing etc, saying it hadn't flattened after 3weeks. I put mine down with a couple of heavy books on each corner and steamed it - looked perfect after 24 hours.
