This is the third sweater I have ordered. I'm a big fellow, and while I admired items in their catalog they didn't carry my size. I contacted them and a few things occurred.
The first was that, unlike most American companies, they replied quickly. They said they would try to accommodate me and they dud.
Great quality merchandise, fantastic personslized service, and best of all, they spoke actual English!
