I have been using Iolla for years now, but always via post as I’m nowhere near an actual store. The frames are excellent quality and resist a lot of wear and tear! I always receive compliments on them too. Recently I tried the Refresh option instead of getting new frames, and the process was very easy and I got them back quicker than expected. I had been using the Whatsapp service to speak to customer service about it, and initially they told me I was due an eye test which was lovely as they could have just gone ahead with the order then I’d have had the wrong prescription like a month later! So I waited for the test and resumed the order with my most up to date prescription. I also had one pair with some slight oxidisation - I queried if this was something they could fix (they did) but they also said if they couldn’t they’d be in touch to go over options. It was a lovely surprise when I got them back to receive a replacement case for one of them that I had lost, and some new lens cleaners. All in all I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my specs now!
