Visited the iolla store in Glasgow - the staff were all very lovely and polite. They allowed me to have a browse by myself but were also on hand to assist with queries. It was quite busy at the weekend but they had a nice waiting corner for customers. When I got my glasses order fitted, the staff were very informative and professional. Overall very lovely and modern atmosphere, superb staff! Glasses also felt to be high quality and the prices were all set at £85 which is a great price. Only minor issue I have is that they cannot offer super thin lenses like other commercial opticians because of manufacturer limitations. If your prescription quite strong I would take this into consideration because my lenses came back quite thick.
