Had the need to re position my understanding to gain the correct perspective within the initial setup criteria. Working interactively with Richard, the support session flowed smoothly. Being both informative and focused and opening out for greater incite where appropriate. The aim was fully conveyed with the bonus of neat insider tweaks and good practice being shared. The software has a lot to offer, the on-line help files are superb but when you need that little bit of extra clarity to build the confidence & underpin a starting point - it’s good to know it there in the support structure - thank you.
