We have used Inventory Hive for many years and the continual updates and improvements only reinforce our initial decision to use the software was the right one. My staff use the App for check-in, check-out, interim inspections, legionella risk assessments, 360 photos and virtual tours. The partnership with Fixflo has aided our maintenance reporting following interim inspections. The the date stamping on the photos and the ability to have comparison photos along side each other, aids our evidence provision when it comes to putting in deposit claims. The same can be said when dealing with utility companies. The version we use today is so different to the first version and it goes to prove that Inventory Hive are constantly looking to improve their offering to us as property agents.
