A few weeks ago I left a less than favourable review on my order for Slipper Socks. The socks were good but the cost and inconvenience of the back and forth to get the appropriate size caused me to give up (out of pocket) as the timescale for the socks' use had passed.
Thanks to the perseverance of Charlotte in ensuring my customer satisfaction by an excellent goodwill gesture, my faith in retail integrity and on-line shopping has been renewed. I now happily give 5 stars for goods and service (but advise careful choice on sizes!). Thank you
