Having been a "valued customer" for years using your website I have recently had no success in ordering.
Having placed an order I could find no way to change the quantity prior to check out.
I'm not computer illiterate, but had to telephone and speak to a member of staff to place my order.
Your service otherwise is top class, but with this kind of ordering difficulty I may have to look elsewhere in the future.
