My address was wrongly recorded online and i managed to find the inks after some difficulty as they had been sent to 1a Hendra Vale instead of 15a Hendra Vale.
I may have entered the address wrongly, for which I am responsible. However, a cross check with previous orders could prevent an error however caused.
