bought two different ink cartridges for two different epsom printer one model ink cartridge ok & another not ok shows run out of ink after only printing approx 5 pages. I emailed customer support who suggest doing various thing to the printer to resolve the issue but none worked. I was told by a subsequent email that a replacement would be send out & was told to retain the cartridges. then I had another email to say to say that the previous email was intended for another customer & i should return this fault cartridges to you at MY COST & they would be tested & if found faulty would reimburse the or replace the cartridges. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE as i waited for a replacement cartridges & then told that the email was not intended for me as it was for someone else besides it is not cost effective to return cartridge to you for me.
