Pickup at hotel was within the time frame provided. Bus was clean and in excellent condition. Tour was as described. Luggage was already in cabin at arrival at ship. Price was competitive. Only complaint was at one hotel pickup the guests were not in lobby at designated time and the entire bus had to wait for them.
