I booked international friends on-line for transportation to Rome from the cruise terminal and a tour of the Vatican with transportation to our hotel afterwards. Communication with IF before our trip was good and I can't say enough about our wonderful and personable driver, the service he provided, the private tour of the Vatican with a lovely guide, etc. I am so glad I used International Friends instead of the cruise's service. The only glitch was the tour company gave our driver the wrong party's name for pick up at the cruise terminal. We asked another driver for help using his cell phone to call the agency. Turned out the gentleman knew the driver assigned to us and figured out what happened when we mentioned International Friends. Our driver was there all along but we had an anxious 40 minutes after our pick up time because of the local office's snafu. We did, though, book them for transportation to the airport the next day and again, were very happy with the services, staff and cost. I would not hesitate to use IF again.
