Hi, I recently used your services to send a bouquet to a dear friend in Australia. There were issues with the delivery due to public holidays in Australia and the present was delivered later than scheduled. Your polite and considerate email informing me of the unavoidable delay was very much appreciated. It is rare to receive ownership of an error from a large company nevermind such a nice apology.
