I always use Interflora to send flowers to my Mum. For her 90th I opted for a bigger £50 bouquet to be delivered early so I could see when visiting. I was a bit disappointed by the quality - frustratingly I didn't take a photo. The main rose was lovely. Whilst I accept the florist chooses the flowers, the other blooms seemed a more sparse than the photo and appeared a little past their best. I did request scented flowers, ideally freesias which may not have been available, but the flowers didn't have much smell.
