Ordered flowers, yes my mistake to wrong address. Emailed interflora who advised flowers already delivered as you can’t seem to call them. Interflora said they have contacted the local florist and as been 3 days there’s nothing they can do. I said we have checked with the address where they were sent and nothing. I can only assume the florist has left the flowers in a communal area for them to be stolen or not do their due diligence and just give them to some random. Either way after a series of emails I asked for the local florists details so as not to use them again.
In essence I use interflora about twice a month and not impressed they take your money and then nothing. I will just contact local florists in future to send out the flowers and they will be cheaper and I am sure have some accountability.
