It was like having an Amazon delivery, the driver couldn't wait the fifteen seconds it takes between me hearing the doorbell and opening the front door. Seems they went straight for the backup-plan and left the flowers at the back.
I appreciate that Feb 14th is likely your most busy day of the year but sadly your performance dropped below your usual standard which I'd rate as excellent
