Can't fault the service. I was sending flowers to Thailand and they arrived on the day specified - impressive.
This was expensive - around £72 for the supply and delivery of one bunch of flowers. Labour and other costs in Thailand are very low so I'm not quite sure where the money ends up.
My main beef is not with the price but with the quantity. The recipient sent me a photo and, while the flowers were nice and clearly in good condition, there weren't very many of them considering how much it cost me.
