The operator was very helpful, was a credit to Intasure, she had a lot of knowledge regarding the business.
However, tried to pay for the insurance via their website. I couldn't do this via phone or iPad. I reported this back, to make things worse, an IT guy emailed me asking if message boxes appeared, as owners of the website they should know what happens with a button click, client side or server side.
Also £50 admin seems very steep as this accounted for 25% of the insurance.
