I made 2 calls to your company, heard some message, then the phone went dead, I therefore
made a 3rd call and after sometime was told to wait for an assistant, there was no information
advising me of how long I would have to wait, no queue number.
The voice on the other end of the phone was too quiet inspite of my volume being turned up.
