At renewal, I asked if I could pay monthly, as my property was under offer. I was advised that Premium Credit would not be able to me a service in the IOM.
I advised that I work for Rossborough Insurance in the IOM and we use PC all the time.
After 3 x telephone conversations with Intasure, I was advised that it was being looked into and someone would get back to me and they never did.
Naturally, as we are both part of the AJ Gallagher Group, I expected more.
I arranged the insurance elsewhere in the end, so not impressed at all!
