Within 10 seconds into my conversation with Shamil I felt like I had reconnected with a long lost friend. He was professional whilst being engaging, humorous and most importantly totally authentic - which is sadly lacking with most telephone sales people I’ve encountered in the past. I felt like I’d had a conversation with a friend which is an incredibly difficult balance to achieve from a sales perspective. If anyone deserves a pay rise this guy does - or a promotion! And if you don’t already know it he’s a gem/superstar/brilliant all round guy I could add more superlatives but you get the picture! Genuinely made my day 😊
