The person , whom I got on the line was very friendly ; he was helpful and took his time to explain . What I found a bit annoying was the fact we had to go over all the details , although it was just an adjustment of a contract . I can understand it migth be the policy and probably a safety reason but it took a lot of time aswell for him as for me . Otherwise I am happy with your company .
