We received an e mail to remind us that our insurance was due for renewal. This was fine as I had overlooked the first reminder.
The second e mail said that you had tried to contact us by phone but without success. This was clearly not true. If we were not in when you called it would have been possible to leave a message.
I sent an e mail to say that I would respond two days later. That evening while we were out a phone message had been left with a number to call.
I tried to call one day later as I was out all the next day. The 0345 number left and on the e mail did not work. The message said that 'this number is not accepting calls' Nor did the land line number work. It just cut off. I eventually got through by dialling a general enquiries number on the web site.
Once through I was able to complete the transaction with no problem. But you need to sort out your phone numbers.
