The computer is great but when it arrived the wi-fi card didnt work. The software was installed but it didnt recognise the hardware; on inspection the card wasnt correctly fitted. I think this may have happened in transit (otherwise it would have been picked up when installing the software) which is a bit of a worry as it means it might have taken a bit of a beating. However the computer works very well so its not a problem.
The services and product in every other respect are very good!
