Service at Inta-Audio is reasonably quick, and products arrive really well-packed. I think I've ordered 5 PCs with them now, and never had anything arrive damaged. By and large they've also worked really well. My only niggle is that my last one came with a Lenovo wallpaper installed, which worried me that Inta-Audio may be buying in machines and selling them on, rather than the bespoke building service they usually deliver. And since Lenovo put out crap of the highest order, I wouldn't knowingly have bought anything they touched. But, having spoken to customer services, whilst the wallpaper remains a mystery, I'm reassured that the machine was built to order.
