Placed an order for a monitor. It didn’t arrive when I expected so I gave them a month before chasing it up. Turns out they put it on hold until stock arrived but forgot to tell me. Now expected monitor to arrive beginning of February but of course it didn’t. Now the 3rd week in Feb and still no sign. Phoned them for an update - line dropped.
They are not interested unless you are a public sector customer.
