Ordered some products I was promised by Kirsty I should have Thursday delivery. Tursday no delivery, and I was told there been an issue with the labels and they will be with us on Friday.
I called Friday morning to ask for tracking, and was told there was an issue with the courier and someone was coming from Insight offices in East Sussex to hand deliver the item.
11am Paul turned up. Absolutely amazing service, thank you!
