Ordered boots, arrived next day, they were too small, I wanted the next size up, so returned them to the Glasgow store, only to be told they can’t order me the bigger size and I would need to contact the online store, as this was good Friday I had to wait until the Tuesday, phoned up and said I didn’t want a refund, just send me the bigger size, yes he would take care of it, no email or text arrived saying this had happened, phoned the next day, said it was all sorted and the would be with me by the end of the week, as they had sourced them from one of the stores, ok fair enough, end of the week comes still no boots, phoned again, to be told there was a problem and were waiting for them to come in, even though the website was showing them available, pretty. Poor overall, I asked for a refund, went elsewhere and got them £20 cheaper, why the shop can’t order them is beyond me and absolutely rubbish communication, don’t think I will be back
