I have left my jacket for the second time to be repaired due to the same problem because supposedly it had been repaired, but the same problem continues. It took 13 weeks for it to be returned to me, now we are going to see how long it will take for them to return it to me. Nor do they give you a replacement jacket as soon as yours arrives because supposedly they were going to call me to see if they would give me one so far I have not received any calls and let's wait and see if it doesn't take another 13 weeks like the previous time.
