Ordered trousers which were too big so filled in return and clearly asked for exchange to smaller size and sent back via courier, got no confirmation or any contact to say exchange done etc. so emailed to complain and then got reply saying its on its way, arrived today and found they had sent same size back so now have to return AGAIN ! really bad communication and very bas service. will never use again
