Very pleased with the crystal. Very annoyed and disappointed that the LED base, which was paid for at the point of ordering, did not arrive. Even more disappointing is the total lack of response from the company once this was brought to their attention. From reading other reviews it would appear to be a common issue which leads me to believe that InCrystals are ripping customers off with this underhand tactic.
For that reason I will never use them again and will warn others about buying from them.
