The same issue as in other reviews. Paid for the LED base at the point of ordering but did not receive it. I replied to the order confirmation email as stated for any issues. No reply. I phoned the next two days with the promise of somebody calling back. Still waiting.
Obviously a tried and trusted way of ripping people off, which is a shame as the crystal itself is very nice.
