Ordered on the second o January. Rang up on the 3rd of January explaining I have ordered the wrong size light base with my crystal a lady told me someone would contact me but no-one has. Emailed twice since then and had no reply. Paid £99 had no reply still not received a dispatch notice I'm now beginning to worry if I'll receive my order at all.
