Excellent service the item was easy to order. I made a huge mistake when ordering I was supposed to order a heart shaped pendant with chain but I ordered a heart shaped key ring by mistake. I contacted incrystals by their telephone number on the email they sent after the purchase and spoke to a lady called Anitha. She took my detail and arranged for the items to be swapped around. I received the pendant within 5 days and it’s lovely. We have used in crystals before and will definitely be using them again
