InCrystals have sent me an email to review them so I gave 1 star.
I emailed them as it states on the website to upgrade delivery to next day after processing for £8, I received no reply.
I was supposed to receive a tracking number for normal delivery which I didn't and I'm still waiting for my crystal to be delivered 5 days late now.
So I can only give a bad review.
