The product is great but the customer service is poor. I ordered the crystal as a wedding gift through their website. We contacted them and asked if we could collect it rather than have it posted as we needed it in 4 days. On the Thursday we phoned and asked if it was ready to collected and the confirmed they were making it that afternoon and we could collect it at 11am the next day. When we arrived at 11am we were told they had not started it and could be come back in 30 minutes. We went for a coffee and they then rang and asked for the photo again as the person doing it was on holiday. Luckily we were able to do that using our phone. we finally got the crystal at 1pm. Very pleased wit the finished product but very poor communications and customer service.
