The service was absolutely fine, no problem at all, worked just as expected as have used them in the past and will again. The only problem is the long-ish walk to the terminal as against the way it used to work where they dropped off right by the terminal. Appreciate this is down to the airport's monetising the whole system of drop off, not In-2. The same would apply if using the more expensive airport parking.
