Straightforward, no queues, staff were friendly and cheerful and the booking-in process took a couple of minutes. Transport to the airport was fine - takes around 5-8 mins - although you have to walk a little way from where they drop you off which is ok on a warm/sunny day but wouldn't fancy it in winter in pouring rain. When you return they collect you from the same drop-off point, so again, not great in winter/bad weather. We had to wait around 15+ mins to be collected but it was a gorgeous day and we weren't in any hurry so no problem for us. Overall I thought the service was good, particularly as the price was considerably cheaper than other car parks, so worth the money and the short walk! Would definitely use again, but maybe not in winter.
