3* from me, mainly because our car was flooded on back near side, seat was soaking wet and speaker placed in the door was leaking water for about 2 days.
It looks like someone who was driving our car at the carpark left window open for a long period of time and the weather was quite wet on that period as well.
I wouldn’t be that upset, but no one even mentioned that to us so passenger who was occupied that seat got bum wet straight away.
No one apologises to us or even inform us about that accident, very poor from carpark staff.
