I’d just like to say a heartfelt thank you for the way you handled my Mums cremation yesterday morning (09:30 Jacqueline Sandercock). My family and other attending guests were really appreciative of the clear efforts you made to make the ceremony really personal. I thought you perfectly captured the spiritual and personal aspects of Mum’s character – and even managed to create some lovely lighter moments – which we all very much appreciated. Before attending the cremation, I could not have envisaged ever wanting to rewatching the service, but now feel confident that at some point in the future I surely will. Keep up the good work!
