I first contacted In Memory of Life about a year ago when my mother entered her end of life phase, and was cared for by Harriet. Throughout the year Harriet was helpful in answering queries and guiding me through the portal. When my mum died, Harriet was again kind, supportive and helpful. A difficult and painful time was made easier to bear. The funeral service itself went smoothly and everything that was requested was put in place. A very positive experience with In Memory of Life.
